Non-Invasive Cardiologist Cedar City UT
About The Position
As a General/Non Invasive Cardiologist you’ll work with 1 other Non-Invasive Cardiologist, 2 Interventional Cardiologists, and 1 Electrophysiologist, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. One BC/BE non-invasive cardiologist is being recruited to join our group at Cedar City Heart Clinic in Cedar City, UT. The practice currently has one physician and two advanced practice providers. Call would be 1 weekend every 2 months done at the hospital in St. George, and 1 weeknight call about every 2 weeks. Southwest Cardiology in St. George, Utah, 30 minutes away, is comprised of a growing team of invasive, noninvasive, EP, Heart Failure, advanced imaging, and structural heart specialists, as well as a robust cardiothoracic surgery program. The physician will share in a reading rotation with this group.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency trained and Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Candidate requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
- Will consider new fellows
