Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Cardiology
Unrestricted ID MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Experience in building and growing a cardiology practice

Responsibilities

Rounding in the morning at Cassia Regional Hospital (as the program grows)
Being called on occasion for a hospital consult
Participating in case review meetings 2 times per month with the northern Utah teams
Participating in a journal club once a month

Benefits

Generous compensation with a 4 day work week salary of $457,100
Up to $90,000 in continuous improvement bonuses available in year two
CME: up to $4500 annually
Starting Bonus: $30,000 paid out within 45 days after your start date and requires a 2 year commitment
Relocation: up to $20,000 paid out within 45 days after your start date and requires a 2 year commitment
