In this role, you’ll play a key part in safely moving, processing, and preparing materials while keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience operating forklifts or other heavy equipment (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable multitasking and working both independently and as part of a small team
• Basic math, problem-solving, and ability to follow written procedures
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers and handle various material streams
• Operate forklifts, excavators, and backhoes to move and process materials
• Stage, store, and track drums and materials accurately
• Prepare materials for processing, including mixing and loading equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Work across multiple areas, balancing tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Other duties as assigned
