About The Position

We are looking for a part-time Forklift Operator! This role involves communicating with the management and support team to understand daily tasks, reporting and analyzing inventory discrepancies, and suggesting process improvements. The operator will also assist in training new warehouse associates and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. A positive attitude, honesty, integrity, and respect for others are essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Ability to display and maintain a positive, friendly attitude in order to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service
Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties
Certified in use of baler, forklift, tilter, lock out/tag out, stacker, fork lift/high lift as applicable
Ability to complete GINNE safety certification training
Criminal background check and driving check that meets agency standards
Ability to; sit, stand, bend, reach and lift
Able to push/pull up to 50lbs.
Forklift Certified Required

Responsibilities

Communicates with manager and entire support team in order to understand daily tasks and expectations.
Reports and analyzes inventory discrepancies
Suggests process improvements
Assist support team with effective and thorough training of new warehouse associates
Complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as Agency policies
Demonstrates and encourages high standards of honesty, integrity, trust, openness and respect for others.
Other duties as assigned.
