This is an on-site internship position. Interns are expected to work from their designated onsemi office location throughout the duration of the internship. Remote work is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or related degree in: Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science (business-focused applications), Related Business, Analytics, or AI-Enabled Discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced business setting.
  • Interest in leveraging data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, leadership, project-based, campus organization, or business experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and other business productivity tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, automation tools, reporting systems, data analytics, or AI-powered technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders and teams on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
  • Leveraging technology, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve business processes, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Supporting process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and business planning activities.
  • Supporting supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives.
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business functions and geographic regions.
  • Presenting project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
