About The Position
Concordia is seeking a compassionate and dependable Non-Certified Nursing Assistant to provide meaningful care to senior residents. The full-time schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No prior experience is required; Concordia provides training and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with all activities of daily living.
- Answer resident call bells promptly.
- Complete basic treatments as instructed.
- Document resident care accurately.
- Work closely with teammates to provide excellent resident care.
