About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a full-time Non CDL Shuttle Driver at Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Reno, Nevada. The driver operates a bus or van to transport customers to and from the airport and along specified routes. Customer service is a priority, and drivers are expected to assist passengers, communicate courteously, and provide safe, timely transportation. The role also involves moving vehicles between site locations, keeping the shuttle clean, and reporting mechanical or maintenance issues. Work is performed in person.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
At least one year of previous experience or similar experience.
Strong English communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members.
Customer-service orientation and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to safely operate shuttle buses or vans under various conditions.
Knowledge of traffic regulations related to bus operation and safety standards.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, school bus driving, motor coach, or limousine services.
Experience in delivery driving or paratransit services.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle buses along specified routes while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
Transport customers to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport throughout the shift.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including passengers with mobility challenges or special needs.
Provide courteous customer service and answer passenger questions.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Adapt to changing schedules or tasks as required.
Move vehicles safely and promptly between locations at the site.
Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle’s interior and exterior.
Promptly report mechanical issues or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
Follow schedules to support timely arrivals and departures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatchers and passengers.
Work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
