About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a full-time shuttle driver to transport customers to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Reno, Nevada. The driver will operate a bus or van along specified routes and provide courteous customer service throughout the shift. The role also includes moving vehicles between locations on site, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, reporting maintenance concerns, and following schedules and safety procedures. The position is in person and pays $17.50 per hour with weekly pay.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
At least one year of previous experience or similar experience.
Strong English communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members.
Friendly, professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to safely operate shuttle bus or shuttle van vehicles under varying conditions.
Knowledge of traffic regulations related to bus operation and safety standards.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar transportation roles, such as school bus driving, motor coach, or limousine services.
Experience in delivery driving or paratransit services.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle buses along specified routes while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, answer questions courteously, and provide professional customer service.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Adapt to changing schedules or tasks as required.
Move vehicles safely and promptly between locations on site.
Keep the bus interior and exterior clean.
Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs promptly to appropriate personnel.
Follow schedules to support timely arrivals and departures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatchers and passengers.
Assist with loading and unloading passengers, including those with mobility challenges or special needs.
Work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
