About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join its Transportation team. The role involves safely operating a company vehicle, handling and delivering customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. The driver is responsible for loading, transporting, and driving routes without assistance while following security and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid non-CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet background check, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
• Have customer-service skills and clear verbal communication skills.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company non-CDL vehicles while adhering to security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on time and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records.
• Load and transport orders and drive assigned routes without assistance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to support excellent customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
