About The Position

Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the success of our business as a key point of contact for our customers when delivering orders. The target is to ensure customer service excellence by presenting themselves and communicating in a professional manner, delivering orders safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role also may support operations in the warehouse when there is not a delivery or when returning early from a delivery.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record
Physical ability - Lift and carry capabilities 50 lbs in warehouse for loading
Familiarity with using navigation systems
Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

In our warehouse, pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy
Safely perform loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route.
Upon arrival at destination unloads product.
After returning from deliveries turns in paperwork.
Responsible for complying with all DOT, OSHA, and Grabber Safety Standards.
Responsible for monitoring vehicle condition and reporting service needs to the Branch Operations Manager.
Provides support to Warehouse and Sales Team.
Interacts with customers and Branch staff during deliveries.
Delivers product on a company vehicle as assigned.
Secondary responsibility is to back-up and support operations in our warehouse. May be asked to operate a forklift (after completing training)
Performs all other duties as assigned.
