About The Position

RAS Logistics is seeking independent contractors with cargo vans to deliver building and construction materials to homes, businesses, and job sites. Routes are local, with contractors home daily, and volume is described as steady Monday through Saturday. Routes are solo, with no helper or installation work. Contractors may operate a single van or a fleet, and may own or lease a van with at least 10 feet of cargo space. USDOT number and MC authority are required when applicable to the van or state. Settlements are paid weekly, beginning after the first week. Average pay is $300 per completed route across RAS locations, based on gross settlements over the preceding six months; route pay depends on distance and weight, route length varies, and earnings are not guaranteed. The stated amount is gross revenue before contractor business expenses, such as fuel, insurance, and maintenance. This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not employment. Contractors operate their own businesses and are responsible for licensing, insurance, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Have a registered business or sole proprietorship.
• Have a USDOT number and MC authority, if required for the van or state.
• Have an owned or leased cargo van with at least 10 feet of cargo space.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Be able to load, secure, and unload heavy building materials.
• Meet onboarding and qualification requirements.
