Requirements

Proven ability in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience assisting in a law office environment is a plus.
Legal administrative experience is preferred to manage client data efficiently.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to understand their legal needs and introduce our services.
Clearly explain the scope of legal services available in diverse practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, and patent law.
Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations and informational materials that highlight our firm’s experience and value proposition.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate representation of services and client expectations during the sales process.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities within our legal administrative systems.
Continuously develop your knowledge of legal areas and writing skills to better communicate legal concepts to clients.
