About The Position

Tyson & Mendes is hiring an Associate Attorney for its Philadelphia team. The role is remote, with no regular in-office requirement for the group. The associate will work on civil defense matters in state and federal courts, including general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, construction defect, product liability, and auto and commercial transportation matters. The position offers early responsibility on lean-staffed cases, typically with two attorneys assigned to a file. The attorney will have opportunities to handle cases, develop strategy, manage discovery, take depositions, work with experts, communicate with clients and insurance carriers, handle motion practice, and prepare matters for trial. The firm offers professional development and training, a pathway to partnership, and remote, hybrid, or onsite work options.
