The role also involves providing system evaluation reports, contributing to operational recommendations, updating system records, ensuring licensing compliance, and maintaining accurate configuration data for Windows assets. Additionally, the administrator will create runbooks and how-to guides, and train Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures.
