About The Position

Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation. The NOC Engineer will administer Oracle databases and Oracle PaaS Cloud environments. Requirements

• Proficiency in installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle RDBMS 19c/21c and later.
• Experience with Oracle Database and RAC installation, upgrades, administration, patching, SR support, tuning, schema refresh, and cloning.
• Experience working with Oracle Engineered Systems.
• Deep understanding of ASM, RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, SQL/PL-SQL optimization, and Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience implementing security using OCI Cloud Guard, IAM, VCN security lists, encryption, and database patching.
• Oracle PaaS Cloud Administration is a mandatory skill.
• The description states both 8+ years of experience and 5–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and administer Oracle RDBMS 19c/21c and later, including Database and RAC.
• Apply patches and provide support for service requests (SRs).
• Perform database tuning, schema refreshes, and cloning.
• Work with Oracle Engineered Systems.
• Implement security measures using OCI Cloud Guard, IAM, VCN security lists, encryption, and regular database patching.
• Administer Oracle PaaS Cloud.
