About The Position

Priority Nissan Chantilly is seeking motivated Automotive Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain Nissan vehicles to manufacturer standards. The dealership offers training, support, manufacturer training, and opportunities for career advancement. The role is part of Lithia & Driveway, a large automotive retailer in North America. Pay is $60,000–$150,000 based on experience and performance. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to continue learning and growing.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive technician experience is preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus but are not required.
• Nissan experience is a plus; technicians with experience working on other brands are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Nissan vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and multi-point vehicle health checks.
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations to service advisors.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Work efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
