About The Position

The Nightclub Entertainment Dancer is responsible for performing dances during the venue's open hours to encourage guests to join the dance floor. This role requires an energetic, outgoing, and fun individual who can maintain professionalism while providing outstanding service and contributing to the venue's atmosphere. The dancer must communicate clearly and patiently with guests, attend practices to learn choreography, and promote teamwork. Knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances is essential, along with comfort dancing in public.

Requirements

Must speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Understand and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances and be comfortable dancing in public.

Nice To Haves

Other languages preferred.
Work experience with dancing in public performances preferred.
