About The Position

The Nightclub Entertainment Dancer's main purpose is to dance during the venue's open hours to encourage guests to get on the dance floor. This role requires an energetic, outgoing, and fun individual who can maintain professionalism at all times. The dancer is expected to provide outstanding and professional service with a smile, contributing positively to the venue's atmosphere. Effective communication with guests, characterized by clarity, patience, and good humor, is essential. The position also involves attending practices to learn organized choreography for performances and promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Dancers must have knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances and be comfortable performing in public.

Requirements

Must speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Understand and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Other languages preferred.
Work experience with dancing in public performances preferred.

Responsibilities

Dances during open hours of venue to draw guests to get on the dance floor.
Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearance.
Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry free, carefree experience.
Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.
Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.
Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.
