Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Ability to work independently and stay organized during overnight hours
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing.
- Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state's specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff
- Provide exceptional overnight nursing care to residents with complex medical needs
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate shift updates clearly
- Create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for residents and families
