Requirements
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license (Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply).
- A heart for senior care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical competency through the application of nursing knowledge, leadership, and strong communication.
- Utilize the nursing process to lead patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Demonstrate organizational skills to prioritize workflow and meet diverse patient needs.
- Integrate current standards of practice and regulatory requirements into daily nursing services.
- Apply continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes.
