As the Night Shift Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated night team while remaining hands-on in patient care. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience.
• ADN required.
• A calm under pressure, empathetic communicator who commands respect and can guide a team through emergency situations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in corrections, Emergency Departments, urgent care, or high-acuity settings is a major plus, but we will train the right leader!
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Act as the go-to clinical resource, supporting and guiding your night shift nursing team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Provide Autonomy-Driven Care: Conduct health assessments, triage, manage medications, and respond to urgent medical needs.
• Collaborate Safely: Work hand-in-hand with a supportive correctional officer team.
• Coordinate Care: Serve as the primary clinical point-of-contact for the facility overnight, ensuring seamless communication regarding inmate healthcare.
