About The Position
Full-Time Overnight Caregiver (10 PM – 6 AM) for Memory Care. This role involves providing comfort, safety, and peace of mind to residents throughout the night. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and enjoys helping others.
Requirements
- Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Provide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate support
- Conduct resident safety and wellness checks
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff
- Assist with morning routines and resident preparation for the day
- Help create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residents
