As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll build lasting relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to thrive.

Requirements

• Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required
• CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility
• Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
