About The Position

Join our compassionate Clarendale at Indian Lake Memory Care team and help create meaningful moments for seniors every day. As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll build lasting relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to thrive. As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents begin their day with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Requirements

Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required
If you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program. Upon successful completion of training and state requirements, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and increase your earning potential.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility
Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care
Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
