About The Position
Join our compassionate Memory Care team and help provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind to residents throughout the night. If you're dependable, caring, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you. As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. Requirements
- Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check
Nice To Haves
- If you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program. Upon successful completion of training and state requirements, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and increase your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Provide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate support
- Conduct resident safety and wellness checks
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staff
- Assist with morning routines and resident preparation for the day
- Help create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residents
