About The Position

As a Night Freight employee at Broulim’s, you will restock shelves and help ensure the store is organized and ready for customers each morning. The role involves unloading deliveries, stocking and rotating products, assisting with inventory and restocking, and maintaining clean aisles. You will work with team members to restock efficiently, follow safety procedures, and support a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail when stocking and organizing products.
Organization and task-prioritization skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
Ability to collaborate with coworkers.
Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Dependability in completing tasks on time and meeting expectations.
Time-management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, stocking, or similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of grocery products and categories.
Understanding of stocking procedures and merchandising techniques.
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

Unload delivery trucks and transport merchandise to the sales floor.
Stock shelves and displays, arranging and labeling merchandise properly.
Rotate products so older items are placed at the front and newer items at the back.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking during off-peak hours.
Keep aisles clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to restock and organize the store efficiently.
