About The Position
The Freight Crew Stocker works in a retail store environment to stock and display merchandise, maintain inventory and backroom organization, and provide outstanding service to guests. The role involves handling products, meeting productivity standards, and following company policies and procedures. Weekend shifts are required, Sundays as applicable. The minimum age is 18 years.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Weekend shifts are required, Sundays as applicable.
- Ability to perform the physical and sensory demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, twisting, crouching, reaching, repetitive motion, and eye, hand, and foot coordination.
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Use proper methods for product handling, case cutting, rotation, and merchandise display.
- Meet productivity standards by achieving cases per man-hour.
- Keep the store well stocked by placing the correct items in the correct locations.
- Help maintain an organized backroom and effective inventory for business needs.
- Provide outstanding service to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Follow all company policies, programs, and procedures.
