About The Position

The Freight Crew Stocker maintains merchandise on store shelves and in the backroom while providing outstanding service to guests. The role involves handling, cutting cases, rotating, and displaying products; meeting productivity standards based on cases per man-hour; and keeping shelves stocked with the correct items in the correct locations. Team members also help maintain an organized backroom and inventory that meets business needs, and follow company policies, programs, and procedures. Work takes place in a retail store environment, with possible exposure to hot or cold conditions. Weekend shifts are required, including Sundays as applicable. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and bending, handling heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds, and responding to customer inquiries. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Weekend shifts are required, including Sundays as applicable.
Ability to perform physical tasks including grasping, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, twisting, crouching, and reaching.
Ability to perform repetitive-motion tasks and coordinate eye, hand, and foot movements.
Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend frequently.
Ability to maneuver objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
