About The Position

As a Night Freight at Broulim’s, you will restock shelves and help ensure the store is organized and ready for customers each morning. The role involves unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean aisles while working overnight as part of a team dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail in stocking and organizing products.
Organization and ability to manage tasks and priorities.
Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects and perform tasks such as bending and reaching.
Ability to collaborate with coworkers.
Adaptability to changing priorities and varied tasks.
Dependability and ability to complete tasks on time.
Time-management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of grocery products and categories.
Understanding of stocking procedures and merchandising techniques.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling merchandise.

Previous experience in a warehouse, stocking, or similar role; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Unload delivery trucks and transport merchandise to the sales floor.
Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring items are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
Rotate products so older items are brought to the front and newer items are placed in the back.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking during off-peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the aisles, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to restock and organize the store efficiently.
