About The Position

As a Stocker, you help keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. Work may include stocking products on the sales floor, organizing shelves, and assisting customers with questions or help locating items. During overnight shifts, the focus is on processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays to prepare the store for the next day.

The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. It is steady, physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform frequent lifting, carrying, and movement.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Ability to accurately stock and rotate products, maintain display standards, label products, and remove outdated products.
• Organization, time management, adaptability, and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and organize shelves on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with questions and help them locate items.
• Process deliveries, stock shelves, and reset displays for the next day during overnight shifts.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain organized backroom areas, clean work areas, and clear aisles.
• Use pallet jacks, box cutters, balers, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company stocking processes, policies, and safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
