About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you stock products on the sales floor, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or finding items. During overnight shifts, you prepare the store for the next day by processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic. You also move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles and work areas clean, organized, and easy to shop. The work involves handling freight and restocking shelves in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear communication when assisting customers on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to detail in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Adaptability to varied shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and maintain display standards.
• Organize shelves and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• Process deliveries and prepare the store for the next day during overnight shifts.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Keep aisles, backroom areas, and work areas clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, stocking processes, sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
