About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you stock products on the sales floor, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or locating items. During overnight shifts, you prepare the store for the next day by working through deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic. You also move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear and easy to shop. The work includes handling freight, restocking shelves, and keeping work areas clean in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Attention to accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.

Responsibilities
