About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you stock products on the floor, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or locating items. During overnight shifts, you prepare the store for the next day by processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays without customer traffic. You move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear and easy to shop. The work includes handling freight, restocking shelves, and keeping work areas clean in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Clear communication when assisting customers.
• Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Comfort working varied shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
