About The Position

The Night Crew Stocker keeps store shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Depending on shift, work includes stocking products, organizing shelves, assisting customers with questions or locating items, processing deliveries, and resetting displays. The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The work is steady and physical in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is entry level with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Clear customer communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, inventory awareness, and adaptability to varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and organize shelves while maintaining display standards.
• Assist customers with questions and help them locate items.
• Process deliveries and move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory, monitor stock levels, and remove outdated products.
• Reset displays and keep aisles, backroom, and work areas clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment according to training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies and safety, sanitation, stocking, and dress standards.
