About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers each morning. The manager leads and supports the team in unloading freight, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory, while monitoring safety protocols and helping maintain store security overnight. The role also involves ordering groceries using handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally assisting at the register. It is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring leadership by example. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required.
