About The Position

As a Night Crew Manager, you lead and support the overnight team as it unloads freight, stocks shelves, maintains inventory, and keeps the store clean and organized so it is ready for customers each morning. You help maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure environment during overnight hours. The role also includes ordering groceries with handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally working at the register. It is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring leadership by example.

This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. The stated hourly rate is $26.61; starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion.
