About The Position

As a Night Crew Manager, you lead the store’s overnight transformation, ensuring shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready for customers each morning. You lead and support the team as it unloads freight, stocks shelves, maintains inventory, and keeps the store clean and organized. You also help maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure overnight environment. The role includes ordering groceries with handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally assisting at the register. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role that calls for leading by example.

This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. The stated hourly rate is $26.61; starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Depending on length of service, hours worked, and applicable collective bargaining agreements, benefits may include healthcare, sick pay, PTO or vacation pay, and retirement benefits such as pension and/or 401(k) eligibility.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Be willing to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the overnight crew in unloading freight and stocking shelves.
• Maintain inventory and keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure the store is ready to welcome customers each morning, with stocked shelves and clear aisles.
• Monitor safety protocols and help maintain a secure store environment during overnight hours.
