About The Position

The Stocker keeps shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Duties include stocking products, organizing shelves, assisting customers with questions or locating items, moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, and keeping aisles and work areas clean and organized. Overnight work focuses on processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays to prepare the store for the next day, without customer traffic. The role involves steady physical work in a fast-paced environment and may include day, evening, or overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform frequent lifting, carrying, and movement.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Clear communication when assisting customers.
• Attention to detail in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Organization and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and organize shelves and displays.
