About The Position
The Night Cook works in the kitchen pantry position, preparing and executing orders for appetizers, pizzas, salads, and desserts. The position is full-time, with a schedule from 2 p.m. until closing, and requires weekend and holiday availability. The role also involves setting up and restocking kitchen stations, general kitchen cleaning, and occasionally assisting the dishwasher. The employer lists base pay of $17–$18 per hour, with average tips of $4–$6 per hour, for total stated earnings of $21–$24 per hour. Benefits are available when eligible. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Set up the pantry station and, as needed, the grill and/or sauté station.
- Prepare items associated with the assigned station.
- Execute orders for appetizers, salads, pizzas, and desserts.
- Restock the pantry line or assigned station.
- Perform general kitchen cleaning.
- Occasionally assist the dishwasher.
