About The Position

We are looking for line cooks and sandwich makers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. The cook wage is $17–$18 per hour, plus tips averaging $4–$6 per hour, for total earnings of $21–$24 per hour. Employees must work weekends and holidays, with no exceptions. The role is suited to hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic people looking to make the restaurant industry their career. Medical, vision, and dental benefits are offered when eligible.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prompt attendance.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays; weekend and holiday work is required with no exceptions.
• Ability to keep clean and organized and move efficiently between stations.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Food safety and sanitation are required.
• Valid TB test and proof of Hepatitis A vaccination, to the extent permitted by law.

• Basic knife skills are recommended; training is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Perform daily kitchen preparation.
• Provide customer service and answer customers’ questions in the open kitchen.
• Keep the work area clean and organized and move efficiently between stations.
• Perform general cleaning, dishwashing, and facilities maintenance.
• Clean hoods and fryers and polish stainless steel.
• Follow the chef’s recipes and company policies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
