NIGHT COOK/BAKER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
ESS Support Services Worldwide is hiring a full-time Night Cook/Baker at Alaska Training in Anchorage, Alaska. The position prepares food according to established standards and ensures quality food service. The schedule is rotational, typically four weeks on followed by two weeks off; additional details are provided during the interview. The pay range is $14.00 to $20.00 per hour. ServSafe Manager certification is required, and remote camp experience is preferred. ESS Support Services Worldwide provides food and facility maintenance services for clients at offshore and remote land sites. The role supports food service for resident workers in a setting where services are provided year-round, around the clock. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions, meeting production, delivery, and service schedules.
- Serve meals and prepare them for delivery using correct portions, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperature, and arranging food neatly.
- Follow established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records for the work area during service periods.
- Clean the kitchen after preparation and service; maintain cleanliness and store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures.
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and orderly, and store food and supplies according to standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Assist with production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
- Assist with ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
- Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
