About The Position

The Part-Time Night Cleaning Technician maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of assigned facilities during evening and overnight hours. The role follows established procedures, schedules, site-specific instructions, and safety guidelines to meet cleaning standards. The position is at an assigned school location and requires reliable commuting according to the schedule. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 PM to 10 PM, with weekdays and/or weekends as needed. On-call availability is a plus.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and use equipment properly.
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies.
Professional demeanor and respect for client spaces.
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
Able to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned location based on the schedule.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Perform nightly cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
Restock supplies such as paper products and soap.
Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to a supervisor.
Use and care for cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
Follow health, safety, and quality control standards.
Maintain reliable attendance.
Keep client and company information confidential.
Fill in for other cleaners as needed when available.
