About The Position
The Mountains Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Night Care Assistants to join their experienced team. This role involves providing calm, reassuring support to residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys night work and understands the importance of continuous care. As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you will support residents with their overnight needs, conduct regular welfare checks, assist with personal care, repositioning, and continence care, respond to call bells, maintain accurate care records, and contribute to the smooth operation of the home during the night.

- Ability to travel reliably to and from The Mountains Nursing Home
