About The Position
Set in the heart of the beautiful Brecon Beacons, The Mountains Nursing Home is a warm and welcoming home providing high-quality care for older people, including those living with dementia, learning disabilities and age-related conditions. We're looking for caring, compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to join our friendly day team. At The Mountains, we believe the little things matter. Whether it's helping someone start their morning with a smile, supporting them to remain independent or simply taking the time to chat over a cup of tea, you'll make a genuine difference every single day.
Requirements
- Previous care experience
- Kind, compassionate and reliable
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about providing person-centred care

Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Supporting mealtimes and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
