About The Position

The Night Auditor welcomes and assists guests during the overnight shift, handles check-ins and reservations, answers late-night questions, and provides efficient hospitality service. The role performs the nightly audit by balancing accounts and finalizing transactions, conducts security walks, prepares daily reports including the Daily Flash Report, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth hotel operations. The position calls for comfort using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently. The role is at AC Hotel Sunnyvale/Cupertino, a 183-room property featuring outdoor communal seating, a rooftop pool and sundeck, and bike parking. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
Ability to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
Ability to solve problems independently.
