About The Position
Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Night Auditor for the Hyatt House OSU. The role provides excellent guest service during the late shift and handles front desk operations, monitors hotel activity, and supports smooth nighttime business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. It requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The position pays $17–$18.50 per hour, based on experience. Benefits listed are for full-time associates only.

- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets, including the restaurant, events, and lounge.
- Handle the phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
- Prepare folios for departing guests.
- Maintain the lobby's appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
- Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
