About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, welcoming guests and handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries. The role performs the night audit by balancing accounts and finalizing transactions, conducts regular security walks, and prepares daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report. The Night Auditor collaborates with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and quality guest service. The position calls for comfort using Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently. The role is at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Tyvola Road, a business hotel near Charlotte Airport. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
