About The Position

The Night Auditor is part of the guest services team at The American Club, helping deliver an exceptional hospitality experience throughout guests’ stays. The role provides attentive, personalized service and helps ensure a safe, seamless, and welcoming overnight experience. The Night Auditor assists guests, prepares the resort for the following day, and maintains service standards during overnight hours. This is a casual part-time, onsite position in Kohler, Wisconsin, with typical shifts varying between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am and work scheduled on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Competency with computers.
• Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior night audit experience.
• Prior guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security, and service of guests and property during night hours.
• Print reports for management relating to the following day’s business.
• Check reservations expected for the following day and ensure billing and routing are correct.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested.
• Regularly check the resort for safety and security issues, including lights, fires, and obstructions.
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
