About The Position

General Hotels Corporation is hiring a full-time Night Audit Supervisor to provide overnight guest service and support the hotel’s accounting and daily operations. The role combines front desk hospitality with balancing revenue and preparing financial reports. The supervisor serves as a key overnight team member, assists guests and helps maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Availability to work Monday and Tuesday nights.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or similar experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide guest service and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight.
