About The Position

The NextGen Ministry Assistant - Preschool position at Aspire Church San Marco is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all Aspire Next Gen Preschool Ministry programming. This role actively supports families within the Preschool Ministry and aids the Preschool Director in various administrative and programmatic duties. The assistant will help prepare lessons, manage data entry, organize materials, and contribute to program and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Preschool Director in lesson preparations, data entry, and administrative duties.
  • Assist the Preschool Director with program and event planning and administrative duties.
  • Organize curriculum, gather and prepare needed materials for weekly lessons, prepare worship power point slides, and organize classrooms as requested by Children’s Director.
  • Prepare to teach Sunday morning lessons, and occasional Wednesday evening Bible studies.
  • Assist the Preschool Director in planning and executing regular programming and special events.
  • Assist the Preschool Director in Administrative duties, such as parent communications, form development, CCB groups upkeep, and other administrative duties as directed by the Preschool Director.
  • Participate in Preschool Ministry programming and special events.
  • Build relationships with families.
  • Complete other admin tasks within Aspire Church as directed.
